The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Resolve issues such as flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Work a demand-led shift pattern averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, tackling diverse challenges daily.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience post-qualification.
• A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions independently.
