The Role • Establish the AI strategy for Lead-to-Cash capabilities, driving efficiency and revenue operations. • Lead AI product development, focusing on intelligent automation and augmentation tools. • Collaborate across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to identify AI implementation opportunities. • Develop and define AI-powered solutions for quoting, contracting, order management, and billing. • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the business value of AI implementations. • Foster relationships with AI vendors and internal stakeholders to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities.
