We are hiring for a leading hospital located directly on the Baltic Sea coast, serving as a crucial medical center for East Holstein with specializations in orthopedics, trauma surgery, neurology, and internal medicine. As part of a family-run healthcare group and an academic teaching hospital, we are committed to providing excellent patient care and advancing medical education.

The Role

• Perform comprehensive patient intake, including administrative tasks, venipuncture, vital sign recording, and basic diagnostic procedures like ECG.
• Independently manage all patient-related administrative tasks in a structured manner.
• Coordinate patient flow and movements within the department proactively and responsibly.
• Utilize resources efficiently and with an awareness of economic principles.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams across various departments and professional groups.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or an equivalent 3-year vocational qualification.
• A strong aptitude for independent and responsible work.
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with service orientation and assertiveness.
• Availability to work early and late shifts Monday to Friday, with a rotation of Saturday mornings every two weeks.
