Murex Application Support & Maintenance Consultant

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for Murex applications.
• Monitor application health, batch processes, interfaces, and daily trading activities.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Support Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and Risk users.
• Manage system configuration changes, releases, and production deployments.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams during outages.
• Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain documentation for incidents, known errors, and operational procedures.
• Participate in on-call support and weekend maintenance activities when required.
