We’re searching high and low for a true ‘people person’ with a real passion for pub food and drinks. Sure, everyone serves food and drinks but you bring the magic and make it unforgettable!

A day in the life of a Function Supervisor:

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
• From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
• Manage function bookings, handle client enquiries, and securely process payments and deposits.
• Coordinate, lead, and support the functions team to ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversee the setup and efficient resetting of function rooms to meet venue standards.
• Utilise computer systems and booking software for daily administrative tasks.
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
• You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
• You have proven experience or confidence in coordinating teams and managing administrative tasks (such as bookings and systems).
• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
