The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support to residents in a care home setting.
• Prepare and conduct individual and group activities with residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Contribute to the care documentation and planning process.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and medical professionals.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance measures and participate in the professional guidance of care support staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a geriatric or healthcare and nursing professional.
• Additional certification as a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist.
