Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Pay Range: $17.02 - $21.56/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with business needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle shipping and receiving of materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate high-volume duplicating and production equipment, performing associated tasks.
• Maintain records for management reports and inventory of supplies.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure convenience copiers are operational through daily inspections and maintenance.
• Deliver completed jobs to designated locations and respond to service calls.
• Maintain a tidy and well-stocked environment in convenience copier areas.
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Be available for occasional driving up to 5 miles and assist during weekends as required.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 1-2 years of related work experience in customer service and shipping/receiving.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and stand/walk extensively.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer relations skills.
• Basic electronics knowledge and troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Related copy job experience is a plus.
