On-site in either Houston, TX or Pittsburgh, PA
Our client seeks a Vice President, Corporate Trust Transaction Manager to join the Corporate Trust team. You will review complex debt capital market transactions, lead negotiations with outside counsel in coordination with Client and Business Development, and serve as the primary contact on transaction documentation to ensure operational standards and risk mitigation. You will also act as a subject matter expert, keeping the business current on market data, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
Rate: $40.00 per hour W2
Responsibilities:
  • Review highly complex specialized debt capital market transactions and structures from initiation through closing across one or multiple product segments.
  • Lead negotiation of transaction terms with outside counsel in partnership with Client and Business Development.
  • Serve as primary contact with internal and external parties on new and existing transactions and deal documentation to ensure adherence to operational and documentation standards while mitigating risk.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and country specialist, maintaining current knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and new regulations and laws for relevant products or jurisdictions.

Experience Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex debt capital markets transactions.
  • Proven ability to negotiate transaction terms with counsel and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of operational controls, documentation standards, and risk mitigation in corporate trust.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market practices and regulatory frameworks relevant to corporate trust products.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
