Job Description
Join SAS Retail Services as a Travel Retail Sales Merchandiser supporting major retailers and CPG brands. In this field-based role, you'll travel between assigned stores to execute planograms, resets, new store sets, and promotional displays that drive sales and on-shelf availability. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating product, completing audits, reporting results via mobile tools, and building strong relationships with store staff. Work in a people-first, team-focused culture with training, a flexible schedule, and growth opportunities into lead and supervisory roles in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute in-store merchandising for assigned travel retail accounts
- Implement and maintain planograms, displays, and signage to company standards
- Stock, rotate, and front product to ensure on-shelf availability
- Conduct resets, new store sets, audits, and promotional changes as scheduled
- Capture photos, complete reports, and communicate results via mobile tools
- Build professional relationships with store personnel and follow store policies
- Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all company safety procedures
- Collaborate with SAS Retail Services team members on project-based work
- Manage travel between store locations and complete routes on time
- Support special projects and assist leads with training when needed
