Chartered Project Manager

This Permanent, Full-time role requires MRICS chartered status and covers independent project delivery, client management and commercial control. Responsibilities

• Lead independent project delivery
• Manage programmes, budgets, risk and reporting
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
• Administer project documentation

• Chartered-level Project Manager experience
• Experience of independent project delivery
• Experience of programme control, budgeting and reporting
• Experience coordinating project stakeholders and supporting contract management processes Salary & Package
• £45,000–£50,000 salary plus profit share bonus scheme
• Pension contribution from 4.5% to 5%
