Head of eCommerce - Growth, AI & CX Leader

Accent Group is seeking a commercially driven Head of eCommerce to lead the ecommerce strategy and performance across Platypus Shoes, Hype DC and Subtype. You will report to the Head of Marketing & Digital and lead a high-performing team, owning forecasting, budgeting and the digital customer experience.

You'll champion CRO, personalisation, UX and product discovery to improve conversion, partnering with IT, CRM and Performance Marketing to deliver measurable growth across three brands.
