  • Lead recruitment activity and partner with managers to attract and retain talented people.
  • Support organisational development initiatives, restructures and change programmes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on employee relations matters.
  • Contribute to the development and review of people policies and processes.
  • Help shape and deliver wellbeing, engagement and EDI initiatives.
  • Support workforce reporting, analytics and payroll processes, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive and values-led employee experience.

You'll bring:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing employee relations casework.

You'll work alongside dedicated colleagues who are passionate about making a difference and be given the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that support employee wellbeing, engagement and inclusion.

Most importantly, you'll help create an environment where our colleagues can do their best work and continue delivering outstanding services to the communities we support.
