The Role • Conduct vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the additional role of a "Workshop Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical matters, adherence to standards, and operational planning. • Advise and assist customers from intake to vehicle return with a strong focus on service. • Manage invoicing, handle customer funds, and oversee incoming orders. • Ensure quality assurance, conduct inventory management, and maintain audit-relevant standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop technician. • Willingness to undergo a proficiency test or already be a certified Workshop Manager (HWK). • Possession of a valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and basic PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting collaboration.
