HR Business Partner Manager

Serves as a strategic HR partner to operational leaders, aligning workforce strategies with business goals. Advises on workforce planning, organizational design, performance, employee development, and engagement; leads employee relations investigations; coordinates HR specialist support; and ensures consistent policy application and legal compliance. This is a full-time onsite role with approximately 30% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop people strategies aligned with operational goals.
• Coordinate HR specialist support across recruiting, compensation, development, employee services, and HR systems.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, role clarity, and team effectiveness.
• Conduct and document employee relations investigations and recommend compliant actions.
• Support performance management, coaching, feedback, and employee development planning.
• Use workforce data to identify trends, advise leaders, and recommend improvements.
