Entry-Level Dental Healthcare Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and match dental hygienists, assistants, and dentists to client practices across the region
• Conduct phone and video interviews, review credentials, and ensure candidates meet clinical and regulatory requirements
• Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and scheduling for temporary, permanent, and temp-to-perm roles
• Build strong, consultative relationships with dental practices to understand staffing needs and recommend solutions
• Coordinate onboarding, confirm assignments, and provide ongoing support to both clients and clinicians
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and update status and documentation promptly
• Collaborate with team members to meet placement goals and deliver responsive, boutique-level service
• Support marketing and outreach efforts, including job boards, social media, and professional networking
