Systems Engineer

Copello are recruiting for Systems Engineers to join a well-established and growing Defence Services company in Hampshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your technical expertise while working alongside an experienced engineering team.

The Role:

• Support the design and development of equipment to meet contractual requirements.

• Produce engineering documentation and support the engineering lifecycle.

• Contribute to bid changes, impact assessments and technical assurance.

About You:

• Experience in Systems Engineering or a similar technical role.

• Knowledge of requirements engineering, systems architecture, verification and validation.

• Experience in lifecycle governance, change management and multidisciplinary delivery.

• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
