The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support to members in need. • Conduct fault-finding and implement quick, confident solutions. • Offer reassurance and outstanding customer service to members. • Work on demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week with optional overtime. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.
