Experience: 12-15+ Years
Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack Developer
  • This is a long-term opportunity with potential for full-time conversion by the client after 9 12 months, based on performance and business needs.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of hands-on development experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and modern front-end technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining full-stack applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build and manage microservices-based architectures and distributed applications.
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using modern technologies such as Angular or React.
  • Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries.
  • Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
  • Use Git and CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance and reliability.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, including object-oriented programming, collections, multithreading, and exception handling.
  • Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
  • Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus.
  • Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle, and CI/CD tools.
  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
  • Understanding of application security, performance tuning, and coding best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
