Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program delivery across large-scale, multi-platform environments and software development lifecycle and a proven ability to plan and deliver complex, cross-functional programs on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget while managing moderate-probability and moderate-impact risks.


• Lead program-level strategic planning and executive communications. Resolve complex issues and build effective teams.


• Manage internal exempt, matrixed employees and contractors to deliver systems and enhancements that meet requirements.


• Oversee scope definition, requirements gathering and documentation, estimates, schedules, budgets, status reporting, issues and risks, contingency planning, stakeholder engagement, and communications across levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Project estimating, scheduling, and tracking in large organizations.


• Customer interaction and stakeholder management with clear written and verbal communication.


• People management and team building with the ability to manage competing priorities in changing environments.


• Rapid understanding of business processes and partnership across organizational levels.


• Risk assessment and application of management principles to technology products and business functions.


• Proven delivery of technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform systems.


• Experience with the software development lifecycle and related methodologies.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline required.

Preferred Skills:

• MBA or other advanced degree.


• PMP or PMI certification.
