Please Note: This position will work to bring processed clothing to the Sales
Floor and will interact with Customers providing assistance to them. Excellent customer service skills are a must!

Our Retail Centers are open 9 to 9 Mondays through Saturdays and 9 to 8
Sundays. Part-time positions are available. Please tell us about your availability.

Pay: $15.95 Hr. This position is eligible for Daily Pay! Work today, get paid today! We’ve partnered with DailyPay, a voluntary benefit to offer employees access to their pay on their own schedule. Part Time employees in our Retail and
Sales/Operations Division are eligible for paid holidays, sick leave, jury duty and bereavement leave. All employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan – must be 18 years of age to participate.

JOB SUMMARY

The Associate I, Retail Sales Floor is responsible for ensuring the sales floor area is well stocked with product in an organized and presentable fashion. The
Associate will be in contact with customers and expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service. The Associate is responsible for overall cleanliness of sales floor and restrooms.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Meets or exceeds minimum productivity standards and expectations/Key
Performance Indicator (KPI) for assigned duties.

  • Maintains a clean and organized sales floor by regularly cleaning and

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

One (1) year of retail experience is preferred.
Prior visual merchandising experience is preferred.

Other

Must have attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
Ability to use basic technologies to be able to follow company standards.
Ability to use judgement to assess quality and value of product and pricing,
researching value as necessary.
