Dallas Healthcare Consultants is partnering with a pediatric outpatient clinic in San Antonio seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its collaborative team.

Founded by clinician-parents, this clinic brings together ABA, occupational, physical, speech, feeding, aquatic, and social skills therapies under one roof. You’ll work alongside professionals who share a commitment to personalized treatment, family involvement, and meaningful progress.

What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out

  • Competitive compensation with productivity and profit-sharing bonuses.

  • Flexible scheduling.

  • 100% company-paid health insurance, plus dental and vision benefits.

  • SIMPLE IRA with a company match up to 3% of annual salary.

  • Up to 150 hours of annual paid time off, plus 80 hours of Christmas Time Off.

  • Continuing education and license reimbursement.

  • Materials allowance and a private office for each clinician.

  • Additional bonuses for aquatic therapy.

  • A supportive, pediatric-only setting with opportunities for professional growth and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Your Role

Help children develop the skills they need to participate more independently in everyday life. Through individualized, play-based therapy, you’ll support development in fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, cognition, and school readiness.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations of motor, sensory, cognitive, and daily living skills.

  • Developing individualized treatment plans using child-directed play and evidence-based interventions.

  • Collaborating with ABA, physical therapy, and speech therapy professionals to coordinate care.

  • Coaching parents and caregivers on practical strategies to support progress at home.

  • Monitoring outcomes, adjusting treatment plans, and maintaining timely, accurate documentation.

  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and coordinated treatment planning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree or clinical doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.

  • Current Texas OT license and NBCOT certification (OTR).

  • At least one year of pediatric OT experience preferred. New graduates with strong clinical skills are also encouraged to apply.

  • Strong pediatric assessment and play-based intervention skills.

  • Knowledge of sensory integration, including Ayres® Sensory Integration, and feeding therapy techniques.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, family-centered approach.
