4527 Systems Administrator - C3.ai with Security Clearance

OVERVIEW: We are seeking a System Administrator (C3.ai) who will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and security of the platform infrastructure. You will perform hands-on system administration tasks, including managing user accounts, permissions, and system configurations in accordance with established operational policies.

GENERAL DUTIES

• Implement and maintain system monitoring tools
• Configure and manage backup and recovery systems
• Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting and automation tools.
• Conduct regular system health checks, apply system updates and patches to mitigate vulnerabilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Maintain system documentation, monitor system logs for performance and security anomalies
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 platform availability REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree (or 4 additional years of experience) in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in enterprise system CLEARANCE:
• Active Secret clearance minimum required
