Full Time Sales Associate

Fire Sales Specialists will build their territory to maximize the growth of the company. Utilizes CRM technology to document activity and track results. Maintains contact with prospects through sales calls and phone block. Develops new appointments through scheduled phone sessions to ensure activity and pipeline. Contacts potential customers to initiate the sales process and win the business. Observes and benchmarks other Fire Sales Specialists to establish and replicate best practices. Four-year college degree preferred and/or success in other sales/service positions at Thompson Safety.

Familiar with codes, products attributes, and procedures within the fire protection and life safety fields. General awareness of business, financials, sales, and safety principles. Maintains a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability pass a drug and background check. Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, and working on a computer.
