As a Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality analysis, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Coach and support junior team members.
  • Contribute to business development and practice-building initiatives.

This role offers significant exposure, responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape a growing practice.

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA or PhD/MA/MS in relevant field, quantitative and analytically oriented fields such as Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences, or Economics are preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry/consulting experience.
  • Understanding of various industry business models and key dynamics.
  • Exposure to the water sector and transformation-focused projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods and techniques.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to think independently and take initiative in the face of ambiguity.
