IT Help Desk Technician

NOW HIRING: IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN

Are you tech-savvy, customer-focused, and great at solving problems? We're looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to provide dependable technical support and keep users connected, productive, and secure. This position will turn into a hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by phone, email, and in person
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and related systems
• Document technical issues, solutions, and support activities
• Support and troubleshoot Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Help maintain HIPAA compliance, data security, and system availability
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary

What We're Looking For

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and basic networking
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Previous IT help desk or technical support experience preferred
• Healthcare IT or EHR experience is a plus
