- Run scalable programs that build awareness, address adoption barriers and grow utilization across markets.
- Own positioning, messaging, segmentation and value propositions for international markets, keeping global brand consistency while allowing local adaptation.
- Lead launch planning and execution for new products, indications and geographic expansions, including commercial, customer and distributor readiness.
- Track launch performance and drive lifecycle initiatives such as indication expansion and portfolio optimization.
- Partner with Regulatory Affairs on international expansion, providing market intelligence to inform submission sequencing and aligning launch plans to approvals and approved indications by market.

- Build marketing strategies across distributor, direct and hybrid models, and support distributor annual business planning.
- Equip distributors and sales agents with scalable tools, campaigns and training, and monitor channel effectiveness.
- Identify new channel opportunities that expand reach and accelerate growth.
- With Medical and Clinical Affairs, turn publications, outcomes and health economic data into evidence-based selling tools.
- Support KOL engagement, advisory boards, speaker programs, Centers of Excellence and reference site strategies.
- Serve as Global Upstream Marketing's primary downstream partner for RoW, leading international Voice of Customer and feeding customer, competitive and reimbursement insight into portfolio and Stage Gate decisions.
- Ensure regional customer and market requirements are built into development programs.
- Build and lead a high-performing international downstream marketing team, and manage agency and vendor partners.
- Align and inspire team members by communicating a clear vision for success.
- Envision a better future and champion change. Bring people along and align actions with corporate strategy.
- Foster a culture that lives into the PolyNovo values. Lead with integrity, fairness, ethics, and compliance.
- Assess, attract, hire, develop and engage the best diverse talent to meet current and future needs of the business.

- Provide feedback and coaching that is invested in developing people, improving outcomes, and managing relationships effectively.
- Establish and communicate clear goals and roles, commitment, inclusion, and collaboration.
