The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of services including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Manage stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company with pride, offering advice and first-class service.
• Adapt to diverse daily challenges and customer interactions.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and make sound judgments.
