Job Description

We are seeking a Project/Program Manager V to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and audit-driven remediation management and a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver remediation outcomes on scope, time, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal projects through planning, control, and execution to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.


• Manage corporate and third-party vendor efforts to plan, build, and implement solutions for internal issues.


• Collaborate with business units to develop, manage, and track remediation plans resulting from non-compliance.


• Prepare status reporting for outstanding issues, risks, and escalations, and determine when escalation is warranted.


• Provide expert guidance on project management methodologies, techniques, and operational policies.


• Develop strategy and lead large, cross-division functional teams that affect long-term goals and objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field. Master's degree preferred.


• 10+ years in project management or similar leadership roles.


• PMP certification.


• Demonstrated mastery of project management techniques, processes, and methodologies.


• Experience in security compliance, audit remediation, and risk management.


• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.


• Office productivity proficiency.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading cross-division, multi-function programs in regulated environments.


• Familiarity with hybrid work coordination and executive reporting practices.

Role Logistics

• Work arrangement: Hybrid. Telework category. No onsite requirement indicated.


• Client interface: Not required.


• Overtime: May be required. Shift: 8-5 M-F.


• Language: English required.
