responsibilities:

Top responsibilities include:

Implement, modify, test, and administer complex business systems and applications, specializing in Epic environments.

Conduct thorough analysis of business and user needs to deliver appropriate technical systems solutions from concept to completion.

Design screens, workflows, reports, interfaces, and prepare functional and technical specifications for system changes.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues, handling both user-reported and vendor-reported incidents.

Help manage service incidents and requests, serving as a key subject matter expert for technical configurations and integrations.

Lead meetings and direct team problem-solving sessions, collaborating across team boundaries and other capability sub-domains.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors and resolve vendor-related technical challenges.
