Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure cloud and on-premise infrastructure for global clients
• Lead modernization, automation, and optimization of infrastructure using Ia

• Ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery across environments
• Implement and enforce security, compliance, and monitoring standards
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to support large digital transformation programs
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide root-cause analysis
• Mentor junior engineers and set best practices for infrastructure engineering
• Contribute to capacity planning, cost optimization, and technology roadmaps
