Job Description:

We are seeking a Production Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise applications, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system stability and performance.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and support enterprise applications in production.
Troubleshoot application issues using Java, SQL, debugging, and scripting.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Analyze logs, resolve incidents, and support system performance improvements.
Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain support documentation and follow incident management processes.
