IT Project Manager in Oxnard, CA

Key Responsibilities
Manage IT special projects from planning through implementation

Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies

Coordinate software upgrades and technology implementations

Plan infrastructure replacements and modernization initiatives

Coordinate vendors, stakeholders, and technical resources

Support technology assessments and strategic planning

Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions

Manage implementation, transition, testing, and project reporting

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field

7 10+ years of overall IT experience

Minimum 5+ years managing technology/infrastructure projects

Experience with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, implementations, and vendor management

Strong project governance, communication, budgeting, and risk-management skills

Recommended Certifications
PMP Project Management Professional, PMI-ACP beneficial, ITIL 4 Foundation beneficial, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification beneficial
