Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our retail sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the insurance industry, develop valuable sales skills, and build lasting relationships with customers. As a Full-Cycle Sales Representative, you'll guide customers through the entire insurance sales process—from the first conversation to the final close. Welcome and assist customers who visit the retail office. Ask questions and listen carefully to understand each customer's insurance needs. Recommend insurance solutions that fit the customer's needs. Follow up with prospects and existing customers. Work with the team to achieve individual and agency sales goals. Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

This is a commission-based opportunity where your earning potential is tied to your performance. As you develop your sales skills and consistently produce results, you'll have the opportunity to grow your income. Are 18 years of age or older. Have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation. Enjoy meeting and helping people. Are comfortable working toward sales goals. Previous sales, retail, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required. Learn valuable sales and customer relationship skills. Work in a team-oriented retail environment.
