SAP Transformation Program Project Manager / Scrum Master

Duration: Long-term contract through March 2028
Hours: 40 hours/week

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Scrum Master capabilities to support a strategic, multi-year enterprise transformation program. This role will focus on SAP-related transformation initiatives, including SAP Access Segregation, while partnering with business and technology teams across multiple value streams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise program and project management, Agile/Scrum delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

• Manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and resource plans.

• Coordinate multiple parallel initiatives across business and technology teams.

• Track program metrics, milestones, budgets, and delivery performance.

• Facilitate governance meetings, leadership reviews, and executive reporting.

Agile & Scrum Leadership

• Serve as Scrum Master for designated teams and value streams.

• Manage delivery plans and work items using Azure DevOps.

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

• Identify and remove impediments affecting team delivery.

• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

• Manage RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.

• Develop mitigation and resolution plans.

• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across multiple workstreams.

• Manage escalation processes and support timely decision-making.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.

• Facilitate collaboration between business teams, IT, vendors, contractors, and leadership.

• Provide regular project dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.

• Maintain transparency around project health, risks, resources, budgets, and milestones.

Resource & Contractor Management

• Support contractor onboarding and coordination.

• Assist with resource allocation and capacity planning.

• Ensure teams have the necessary tools, access, and support.

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex enterprise programs and projects.

• Proven experience as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

• Experience leading cross-functional business and technology teams.

• Strong project planning, dependency management, and governance experience.

• Excellent risk, issue, escalation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong executive communication and reporting abilities.

• Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP transformation, implementation, migration, or optimization programs.

• Experience with SAP Security, SAP Basis, Access Segregation, Controls, or Compliance.

• Experience supporting M&A integration initiatives.

• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certifications.

• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and consulting resources.

• Knowledge of enterprise governance and compliance requirements.
