Position Overview

Location: Lansing, MI (Candidates must be local/within 100 miles)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days/week on-site: Wednesdays & Thursdays required)

Enterprise Software Development: Full lifecycle experience in coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.

Key Qualifications & Soft Skills:

Experience: 4–7 years of relevant hands-on experience.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset to interface with business partners.

Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and learn new environments quickly.
Preferred Experience:

Working within structured IT environments with defined standards, methodologies, and governance processes.
