 Job Description:
Mandatory:

  • Sr level role: 9+ years of experience including 5+ years working in a consumer facing design capacity
  • Jr level: 3 yrs or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • must be proficient and have Mobile app design (or web app) work in their portfolio
  • Portfolios are more important to view than resumes
  • Sketch or Figma or InVision
  • Need to be able to showcase their portfolio via a video/screen share interviewing session
  • Needs to articulate their design work approach and how their brain works.
  • Able to articulate their decision making skills
  • Clear English Communication skills
  • Online portfolio demonstrating excellence in thought and execution
  • Commitment to exquisite craftsmanship
  • Enthusiasm and positive energy
  • BA/BS in a design discipline highly preferred in human computer interaction
