Depot Aircraft Maintenance Specialist-Depot Operations

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Depot Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to support aircraft depot-level aircraft maintenance, repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, depot repair, or heavy maintenance with knowledge of maintenance planning, work packages, inspections, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement. He/She will also analyze maintenance workflows, identifying process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support depot aircraft maintenance, inspection, repairs and overhaul actives.

·        Review maintenance processes, production schedules and maintenance workflows. Troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks affecting aircraft maintenance planning, parts availability, inspections, repairs, and overhaul activities.

• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, supply, and production teams to improve maintenance planning and execution.
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance aircraft availability, maintenance quality, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with change management and user adoption activities as new maintenance processes are implemented.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of aircraft maintenance, depot maintenance, or Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting aircraft inspections, scheduled maintenance, repairs, or overhaul activities.
• Experience analyzing maintenance workflows and resolving operational or process issues.
• Ability to work near Warner Robins, GA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Impresa or other aircraft maintenance management systems.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance planning, work packages, and production scheduling.
• Experience supporting process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Organizational Change Management (OCM) practices is a plus.
