We're looking for an experienced IT Change Manager to support a major IT operating model transformation.
In this role, you will:
Review and enhance Change Management processes as the business transitions to a new support model, identifying opportunities for stronger governance, risk control and visibility across the IT landscape.
Design and implement the future-state Change Management framework, defining roles, responsibilities and controls required to operate effectively within the new target operating model.
Lead the integration of CHARM and ServiceNow, ensuring streamlined change processes and improved governance across technology teams.
Develop and embed a robust Service Onboarding & Readiness process, using ServiceNow to manage the end-to-end lifecycle and ensure services are operationally ready before go-live.
What we're looking for
Proven IT Change Management experience within large enterprise environments.
Strong ITSM process improvement expertise.
Experience implementing governance, operating model and service transition improvements.
ITIL knowledge and excellent stakeholder management skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to shape and mature enterprise Change Management during a significant transformation programme. The role will initially last for 6 months. Hybrid working will require the Change Manager to attend site visits "as and when required" - but this will NOT be 2 or 3 times a week. The role is INSIDE IR35 and can pay up to 500.00 / DAY.
