Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SAP TM Implementation Project Manager/Consultant to lead SAP Transportation Management rollouts and site enablement across multiple locations. The role will manage deployment planning, testing, cutover, stakeholder coordination, and post-go-live hypercare.
Mandatory Skills
  • SAP TM implementation, rollout, or deployment experience
  • Strong Transportation & Logistics business process knowledge
  • SAP TM site enablement and rollout experience
  • Knowledge of SAP TM configuration and deployment lifecycle
  • Experience with rollout planning, UAT, cutover, and hypercare
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience creating rollout playbooks and deployment plans
Preferred Skills
  • SAP S/4HANA and SAP TM integration
  • Global / multi-site transportation rollouts
  • Carrier management and freight planning
  • Change management and end-user training
  • Project / program management experience
  • Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Fashion/Apparel, or Logistics industry experience
  • Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
