Job Details:

Position: Certified Appian Developer Location: Philadelphia, PA (or) Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Hire Type: Contract - (C2C, W2, 1099)

Job Overview:
The goal of this role is to design, build, and support scalable Appian solutions to automate business processes and enhance user experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Appian Certification: Active, valid Appian Developer certification (strictly required).
SQL Skills: Strong SQL and database experience for backend development.
Modern Appian Functionality: Strong preference for experience with modern features (e.g., Records over CDTs, Data Fabric, Composer, AI integration/Claude) rather than legacy systems.
AWS & Java: Background in general Java/full-stack development and AWS experience is preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners, combined with strong proactive problem-solving abilities to drive projects independently.
