Job Title: Marketo Technical Expert
Location: London (Fully Remote)
Contract: 12 Months

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketo Technical Expert to take a leading role in a high-profile customer transformation programme. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, marketing teams and technical specialists to shape marketing automation solutions and improve customer engagement.

The role will focus on designing, implementing and optimising Adobe Marketo Engage and Leadoo solutions. You'll help develop effective campaign strategies, strengthen lead management processes and deliver seamless integrations across CRM, customer data platforms and wider marketing technology environments.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong Adobe Marketo Engage administration and campaign management expertise.
• Experience with engagement programmes, nurture streams and lead lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of lead scoring, segmentation and email marketing automation.
• Experience integrating Marketo with CRM platforms, including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Understanding of Marketo REST APIs, CDP integrations and data synchronisation.
• Experience with dynamic content, personalisation, reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of web tracking, attribution and database governance.
• HTML/CSS skills for email templates and landing pages.
• SQL knowledge and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience providing technical leadership and consulting to stakeholders.

Experience integrating Marketo with large, complex Dynamics 365 environments would be advantageous.
