The Role

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and monitoring for intensive care patients.
• Administer and oversee life-sustaining measures, including ventilation, infusion therapy, and medication.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain medical equipment such as ventilators and monitors.
• Identify and assess critical changes in patient status promptly.
• Perform emergency care and assist in resuscitation efforts.
• Collaborate closely with medical teams and other healthcare professionals.

What You'll Need

• Certified as a professional nurse with specialization in intensive care, or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to make quick decisions and work effectively under time pressure.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in an intensive care unit setting.
• Valid driver's license (Class B) for flexible assignment planning.
