The Role

• Coordinate utility works from receipt through to completion, ensuring operational readiness.
• Schedule work orders to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while optimizing routes for productivity.
• Proactively identify and address potential planning and streetworks issues to prevent delays and cost impacts.
• Maintain accurate records and update works management systems with all relevant details.
• Ensure all client and operational requirements are met efficiently and professionally.
• Generate daily and weekly reports to track progress against service levels and objectives.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in a planning or coordination role, ideally within the utilities sector.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding workload under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for effective liaison with stakeholders.
• A logical approach to problem-solving.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in planning and record-keeping.
• Familiarity with NRSWA regulations (or willingness to rapidly learn).
