Store Designer

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid. Onsite Mon-Thursday, and can work from home on Fridays)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Store Designer to support the Brand Retail Design team. This role involves communicating and presenting design concepts to various levels of leadership. The successful candidate will create presentation materials that effectively communicate the vision and goals of retail design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and present design concepts to the team, leaders, and directors.
• Create presentation materials that effectively communicate vision and goals.
• Develop architectural, interior, and environmental designs that elevate brand excellence.
• Manage electronic files and libraries for use by multiple parties.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Interior, or Environmental Design or other related field is required.

Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of experience in Architectural, Interior, and Environmental Design is required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to apply these skills to elevate brand excellence.

Portfolio: An up-to-date portfolio must be available for review.

Skills:

• Knowledge of and sensitivity to trends influencing design and the retail industry.
• Ability to communicate and present design concepts to all levels of management.

Technical Skills: A high level of expertise with design or CAD software, including SketchUp, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Suite is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the retail design industry, including environments and fixture design.
• Previous experience with sports apparel or shoe brands.
