Quality Assurance Analyst Advanced

We are looking for a detailed-oriented QA Analyst to join an enterprise healthcare software transformation team!

Location: Columbia, SC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 Days In-Office / 1 Day Remote)

Interview Process: 1 Round (Virtual/Online)

Candidates must reside in SC or be willing to relocate prior to starting at their own expense.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements and healthcare policy documents into clear test cases and scenarios.
• Execute manual testing strategies and maintain software traceability matrices (RTM).
• Support defect triage, retesting, and quality reporting throughout the software development life cycle.

Highlighted Skills & Requirements

Primary Skills (Required):

• Healthcare/Medicaid Domain: 3+ years in healthcare business processes or operations.
• Test Case Creation: 2+ years translating business/policy requirements into test scenarios.
• Manual Testing: 2+ years in functional, regression, smoke, usability, and boundary testing.

Secondary Skills (Preferred):

• QA Tools: Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
• SDLC Frameworks: Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Enterprise Systems: Experience working with large-scale enterprise platforms.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field (relevant experience can substitute).
