Senior Engineer- C#

The Opportunity

We have an outstanding career opportunity for Senior Engineer- C# (with React) at Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune locations. As a Senior Engineer you will design, build, and operate platform services and user-facing applications that support capabilities such as control planes, user-access management, and backup workflows.

What you’ll do…

  • Own features from implementation through production operation, improving them based on usage, operational signals, and customer feedback.
  • Build reliable APIs and backend services in C#, and develop responsive interfaces in React.
  • Make technical trade-offs that balance correctness, scalability, security, cost, and maintainability as requirements evolve.
  • Write and review production-quality code, diagnose complex issues across the stack, and participate in on-call and operational responsibilities.
  • Work with Product, quality assurance, customer-facing, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and deliver production-ready features.
  • Strengthen engineering practices through code quality, design contributions, and mentorship of junior engineers.

Who you are…

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including ownership of features through production operation.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and experience building backend services and APIs with .NET.
  • Experience developing production applications with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Experience building and operating production systems, diagnosing issues, and improving them based on real-world behavior.
  • Ability to turn loosely defined requirements into maintainable solutions and make sound trade-offs under uncertainty.
  • Collaborative and self-driven, with experience working across teams and time zones.
  • C++ experience is a plus.
  • Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
