About the Opportunity
The Thompson Agency is looking for a licensed producer for a hybrid/remote role covering Rexburg, ID. You'll get Brightway's carrier network and agency-level support, with commission structured to reward performance rather than cap it.

The Role
Sell auto, home, and life insurance to new and existing customers
Take agency-supplied leads through the sales process to close
Consult with customers to find coverage suited to their needs
Meet monthly sales targets in a hybrid work environment
What We're Looking For
Active P&C insurance license required
1–3 years of insurance or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated and comfortable with a hybrid schedule
