We're hiring for a highly respected, internationally successful family-owned company operating within the growing healthcare industry. This organization is known for its commitment to innovation and quality in the production of medical aids. They are expanding their production facilities and seeking dedicated individuals to join their manufacturing team.

The Role

• Operating simple machinery, including loading and unloading components
• Assembling individual parts and sub-assemblies manually
• Carefully sorting and packaging finished products
• Continuously monitoring product and processing quality
• Adhering to process, quality, work safety, and environmental standards

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of vocational training and some prior experience, ideally in industrial manufacturing
• Strong quality awareness and a high degree of cleanliness in your work
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts (typically 2 shifts)
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
