IT Program Manager V

Plan and coordinate cross-functional technology program delivery, ensuring deliverables meet quality, timeline, cost, and client expectations. Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk and audit activities, communications, training strategy, and executive reporting. Coordinate requirements, testing documentation, and issue resolution while maintaining alignment with enterprise change standards and the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate program deliverables across multiple teams, tracking scope, quality, timelines, and cost.
• Manage change initiatives through stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and training strategy.
• Conduct project governance, audit, risk, and compliance activities and maintain required artifacts.
• Gather business requirements and identify process improvements and solutions.
• Develop executive presentations, metrics, and reports on change and program health.
• Coordinate testing documentation, issue tracking, and communication of resolutions.
