The Role

• Control of tickets and travel passes on public transport.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to transport regulations.
• Assist passengers with inquiries and provide solutions.

• Perform duties in various transport modes such as trains, buses, and trams.
• Undertake object and site security as needed.

What You'll Need

• German language proficiency: minimum B1 spoken, A2 written.
• Security knowledge test (§34a GewO) - training can be provided.
• A clean police background check.
• Willingness to complete tariff knowledge training (can be acquired).
• Ability to work in a hybrid model.
